Flat rate to Australia | free shipping
Express shipping will incur a fee, which will be calculated at the check out
International and New Zealand shipping | $20 USD

DELIVERY TIME
All of our shipping comes from Australia, so please keep this in mind with international shipping time.

Standard shipping in Australia | 5-7 business days
Express | 1-3 business days
Standard shipping international | 10-12 business days

For international shipping please keep in mind that there may be customs delay, which could affect delivery time.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

After purchasing your item you will receive a confirmation email
After this email is received you will then have another email which will include your tracking number. This will come when your item has been shipped

Note: we cannot ship to PO Boxes if you select express shipping

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY

At elliage we ensure that you are entirely satisfied with every purchase. If you change your mind on an elliage item, you are entitled to exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt, following the below requirements are met:
Proof of purchase
Tags attached
Garment is in original condition, including unwashed and unworn

Note: when trying on your swimwear please ensure that underwear is worn for the interests of hygiene, we will refuse returns if the hygiene sticker has been removed.

EXCHANGES

elliage offers exchanges for products that are either the wrong size or wrong colour, subject to product availability. The same conditions of garments as a refund need to be met in order to receive an exchange.

Exchanges will be processed within 5-10 business days, with proof of purchase provided.

For same value exchange, there will be no additional payment required.

For varying value in exchanges, elliage will either refund the difference, or the customer will need to make a payment to elliage prior to receiving the exchanged item.
FAULTY GARMENTS

Faulty garments must be sent back to elliage within 3 months of purchase.

Garments will then be assessed by our manufacturing team.

If a garment can be repaired, we will do this for your free of charge and will return within 14 days of receiving the garment.

If your garment is assessed and no manufacturing faults are found, elliage will contact you to determine a solution.

Refunds will be issued if a manufacturing fault cannot be repaired.
